Whoopi Goldberg slams Texas Trump Caravan – claims it seemed like a scene from "Mississippi Burning"

In the aftermath of Monday's ABC talk show "The View", Whoopi Goldberg launched another outrageous attack on supporters of President Donald Trump, this time against a pro-Trump caravan in Texas.

Goldberg attacks Trump Caravan

Goldberg claimed that the sight of vehicles waving Trump flags around a Pro Joe Biden bus reminded them of a scene from the Mississippi Burning film about civil rights activists murdered by racists in 1964.

"This weekend truckloads of fans who know who they are put on their show with trailers on the road across America blocking traffic on bridges, doing crazy things, and surrounding a Joe Biden campaign bus in Texas," Goldberg said .

"I'm here to let you know that this is probably one of the most dangerous things you can do because buses can't stop for a dime," she added. "Be glad your drivers weren't hit when you surrounded that bus. They could have caused all kinds of chaos. You could have got yourself killed because the buses couldn't slow down as you need to."

"Thank goodness this person saw and slowed to make you do what you did, which looked very much like a scene from the Mississippi Burning," Goldberg continued. “You know when trucks and cars surrounded people trying to drive. It was really crazy to see. "

Behave in agreement with Goldberg

Unsurprisingly, Goldberg's super-liberal cohost Joy Behar wholeheartedly agreed with her.

"Yes, that was very reminiscent of what you said about Mississippi Burning," said Behar. "No, you don't see any Biden people doing that. Biden's people, the protesters, are actually gassed in tears."

It is unclear exactly what Behar was talking about when she said Biden supporters are "gassed in tears". By saying that "Biden people don't," Behar openly ignores the violence that radical left groups like Antifa and Black Lives Matter have perpetrated in recent months. Instead, Goldberg and Behar ignored the facts to further advance the unsubstantiated narrative that Trump supporters are the most violent in this country.
