Democrats express their confidence as Trump files lawsuit that Biden has the votes to win Pennsylvania by 70,000-100,000.
The Pennsylvania Democrats are very confident that the votes will be there for Biden when every vote is counted.
One Democrat said the margin could be around 100,000, another predicts it closer to 70-80,000.

If Trump believed he had the votes to win in Pennsylvania, he wouldn't be filing lawsuits attempting to dump ballots and stop the vote count.
The way a campaign behaves towards an expected outcome is significant. The Biden campaign only expressed confidence that their candidate Pennsylvania will win. The Trump campaign has screamed about fraud, filed lawsuits and accused Democrats of plotting against the president.
The blame for the late count should be placed in the Republican majority of the state in the legislature. State Republicans wanted to wreak havoc and cast doubt on the postal ballot papers. At the time of publication, Trump's lead has steadily declined and is now below 3 points and less than 200,000 votes.
Pennsylvania will be counting votes all night, so Joe Biden could lead Donald Trump late into the night or tomorrow morning, while Pennsylvania could bring the Democrat to the White House.
