Melania Trump refuses to ask Jill Biden to walkthrough the personal dwelling quarters of the White Home

Melania Trump will break decades of White House tradition by not showing a passage to Jill Biden from the White House’s private living area.

CNN reported:

Understandably lost in the quagmire of horrific things that happened before Joe Biden’s inauguration, something that didn’t happen. Melania Trump will be the first modern day first lady not to invite the woman she will replace to the White House to view the private living quarters on the second and third floors.

… ..

From the meeting of Bess Truman and Mamie Eisenhower to the visit by Laura Bush, where Jenna and Barbara Bush showed Sasha and Malia Obama how to slide down the railing in the residence, to the visit where Michelle Obama invited Melania Trump herself after Donald Trump questioned her husband’s citizenship, that tradition has long been one of the first lady’s many unwritten commitments. And Melania Trump rejected it.

It’s not just tradition for the aching loser to throw Trump in the trash. Under the tour is the basic concept of a smooth transfer of power. The tour is polite, but also a symbol of the transfer of power from one administration to the next.

The tour is a reminder that the presidents and first spouses are only temporary renters to a home that belongs to the people.

Melania Trump has shown nothing but contempt for the White House and the Obamas

America will be better off immediately when the Trumps are out of the White House.
