Twelve National Guardsmen have been barred from providing security for the inauguration of President-elect Joe Biden for alleged links to “right-wing” groups.
The Daily Mail reports that officials believed the people had “posted links to right-wing militia groups or extremist views”.
No indication was given of which groups the guardsmen were attached to or what “extremist” views represented.
CNN’s report adds that two of the people removed were flagged for “inappropriate” comments and text.
Officials concluded that there was no actual threat to Biden or that he did not intend to disrupt his dedication ceremony.

“While we have no information to suggest an inside threat, we leave no stone unturned in securing the capital,” Miller said in a statement.
The Associated Press said over the weekend that the FBI was investigating troops on concerns about insider threats.
Army General Daniel Hokanson points out that the attempt to purify the guard of the twelve people was made out of an “abundance of caution” and does not necessarily associate them with any extreme group or message.
“As a large part of our organization, I am not concerned. If you look at 25,000 we have identified 12 and some of those who are investigating them right now may not have anything to do with it, but we want to make sure with an abundance of caution as I said earlier that we are doing the right thing, until that is resolved, “Hokanson told reporters.

I’ve received reports of National Guardsmen being reassigned and, in some cases, being sent home based on their social media – whether or not they have constitutional, trump friendly, and related posts
This is absolutely unacceptable in order to impose political discrimination on our troops

An insult to the guard
Texas Governor Greg Abbott blasted the screening process for National Guard officers charged with protecting the Inauguration as “offensive” adding that he would never again authorize Texas Guard members to work in DC, when they are “so disregarded”.
It is impossible to see a report in which National Guardsmen were removed from housewarming security, in part because of an FBI investigation into “inappropriate” texts, without recognizing the irony of how the Office played a crucial role in allowing leftists to take over Trump’s presidency could.
And people like Peter Strzok and Lisa Page did this through inappropriate text messages.

Can you imagine what could have been if the FBI checked their own people and exempted them from working on every case involving the President of the United States, if, for example, they were found to have texted them who gave him an “insurance policy”?
Do you know an actual threat?
If the FBI had potentially removed left-wing extremists from their own ranks, President Trump would not have compromised his entire term in office with those who actually dealt with “riot”.
