CNN’s Jim Acosta tweeted:
CNN: The Supreme Court has declined to accept lawyers’ challenge for Trump to question 2020 election results in the battlefield state of Wisconsin.

The cases are vital for Trump as he looks everywhere for an institution to confirm his big lie that there was election fraud and that his election was stolen.
There was not a single court that found the choice to be inappropriate. Trump needs confirmation because he’s still trying to get the big lie beyond the conservative media bubble. Trump Diehards will believe the fraud claims with no evidence, but the rest of the country wants to see evidence.
A court win anywhere would also give Republicans political justification for their widespread efforts to suppress the vote, but the Supreme Court does not play along.
Donald Trump has continued a failed business career with a failed presidency and now failed legal challenges.
The book is now closed for the 2020 elections. The battle has now shifted to protecting voting rights in 2022 and 2024.
