Brian Kemp panics and warns that Republicans are combating for his or her lives

Governor Brian Kemp (R-GA) claimed that people who want to vote are breaking culture and Republicans are fighting for their lives.

Here was Kemp on a call to the National Republican Lawyers Association:

At the moment, in an appeal by the Republican National Lawyers Association, Governor Brian Kemp said he and other Republicans were in the “battle of a lifetime” against the “culture of annulment” because of the 98-page electoral law he signed.

“This is not just Georgia’s fight, this is America’s fight.” Next, he said, it could be “your business” or “your ball game” or “your way of life if we don’t stand up” against the “woke up mob”.

There’s a very good reason companies are choosing to talk about Georgia’s new electoral law. It turns out that the passage of a law to suppress racist voters, targeting African Americans while attempting to destroy democracy in the state, will worry businesses. `

Kemp and the Republicans thought they would get away with a vote and no one would say or do anything to stop them. A state government cannot be “canceled”. Governor Kemp is hoping to gain political appeal by relying heavily on the culture of annulment argument, but the underlying panic is clear.

This is not going as Republicans expected it to be, and as the backlash continues to mount, Kemp and Georgia Republicans have no idea what to do.
