After giving the Trumpers what they wanted by kicking Liz Cheney to the curb, Kevin McCarthy claimed no one was questioning the legitimacy of the election.

McCarthy said, “First of all, the conference will decide, but I don’t think anyone is questioning the legitimacy of the presidential election. That’s all over with. We are sitting here today with the President. From that point of view, I don’t think that’s a problem. ”
It’s not a problem because McCarthy knocks out anyone who refuses to pamper the former president with The Big Lie from the leadership of the House.
The minority leader, McCarthy, is trying to appeal both to the insane fringes of American politics that forms the backbone of the Republican Party, and to put a sane face to the rest of America.
McCarthy himself has claimed the election has been stolen multiple times and has a concept of republican unity based on his caucus, which all subscribes to a lie and promotes that the election was illegitimate.
Kevin McCarthy tries to be two things at the same time, and his refusal to stand up for the truth is the cornerstone of future Republican failure.
