Former President Donald Trump spoke on Monday in honor of the “fallen heroes” who made the “highest sacrifice” for their country in a memorial day message. He went on to remind the American people that “all we are” is thanks to them.
Trump honors fallen veterans
“We remember the fallen heroes who took their last breath to defend our nation, our families, our citizens and our sacred freedoms. The depth of their devotion, the steel of their determination, and the purity of their patriotism are unparalleled in human history, ”he said. “On distant battlefields, in distant oceans and high up in the sky, they confronted our enemies and gave their lives so that America would be victorious.”
“You have made the ultimate sacrifice so that our people can live in security and our nation can prosper in peace,” Trump continued. “Thanks to their bravery, together as one people, we can continue our pursuit of America’s glorious destiny.”
Trump added that Americans “owe everything we are and everything we hope to be to these unrivaled heroes. Your memory and legacy are immortal. Our loyalty to them and their families is eternal and ever. “
Trump concluded by saying that the “warriors of the country are the greatest force for justice, peace, freedom and security among all nations that has ever existed on earth,” adding, “We honor them today, forever and always.”

“As you tick the meter and pile your dollars, remember how great Donald Trump did as president. Soon Russia and the Middle East will be making a fortune in oil and you will say how good it was to have me as your president, ”he added. “Wasn’t it great to be energy independent, but we are no longer energy independent. Shame, shame, shame. Otherwise have a nice Memorial Day weekend!
