The Republicans’ pleasure of rooting in opposition to America sums up their celebration’s for the second

The content on Twitter is endless and not worth my time walking down that rabbit hole, but this comment is representative of the Republican urge to take root against America.

I support Megan Rapinoe in losing.

They knelt down. You shouldn’t represent America.

When Simone Biles withdrew from Olympic events, citing twists and turns, too many started beating her up too. The reality she faced was real – and the injury could have been devastating. They just didn’t care.

When a baseball player has the whine, they just take him out of the game. When a golfer has them, he just has one embarrassing tournament and moves on to the next. If a gymnast has them, they could break their legs like matches or much worse.

The idea stayed from the start.

I wish I could quit my job and get everyone in the fake news media for it.

Simone Biles QUIT and helped the Russians win a gold medal.

Like it or not, this is her JOB, and she has abandoned her country because she thinks Twitter is mean.

In 1984 Mary Lou Retton won 2 bronze medals and was named “America’s Sweetheart”. People understood the level of dedication and work they put in.

The failure of the Americans is where the Republican Party is now. Not only do they want to have a disagreement, they want that disagreement to be one in which they view it as devastating and deserve personal destruction and ridicule. Who benefits from it and what drives this attitude mentally?

I think back to the professional teams I followed and the players I stood up for – even after they left my hometown. Alex Smith was someone known in the Kansas City community for promoting good causes and helping change social discussions. He made that clearer last year.

This came as no surprise to anyone who knew about Smith’s charitable giving and support for foster children and the community. When Smith suffered one of the worst injuries in the NFL, a spiral fracture of his leg, both sides went on one knee, held hands, and tried to make him feel good. It didn’t matter whether they were a fan of his team or cheered against them. We are a nation built on kindness, care, and concern.

Rooted against America and our freedoms, including freedom of expression? Malicious joy for America? Miss me with all of this
