In an interview with CBS News, far-left “Squad” MP Cori Bush argued that it would not be hypocritical for her to spend money on private security services while trying to disappoint the police and urged critics to “swallow it” and proposing any judgment before her deeds means that people ‘sake her to die’.
Bush (D-MO) responded to criticism that she had spent thousands of dollars on security while also calling for the police to be withdrawn for everyone else.
“Would you prefer me to die? She answered. “Would you prefer me to die?” Is that what you want to see? “
Your constituents would be well advised to use the exact same argument when Bush argues for the disempowerment of the police force, even if the major cities in their district are labeled “dangerous”.
All the talk is a feast for the eyes (see below).

Cori Bush is more important than us farmers
The Democrat Squad member insisted that security is a right for her, although she continued to argue that law enforcement agencies are limited in their resources.
“I have private security because my body is worth being on this planet,” she said after saying she spent “$ 70,000 … in the last three months.”

Bush would also suggest that it would be worth spending “$ 200,000” on private security because “I can be here to do the job.”
“So suck it up,” she told the audience. “And the defusion of the police has to happen. We have to relieve the police and put this money into the social safety nets. “
Or maybe it needs to be used for mental health funding by lawmakers with an exaggerated sense of self-worth plagued by an acute case of weapons-grade hypocrisy.
If you live in Bush’s district, or worse, voted for them to represent you in Congress, how do you listen to someone who scolds almost incomprehensible proclamations and accusations and? Not hang your head in shame?

Security for me but not for you
The Political Insider reported in June that Defund the Police enthusiast Bush had spent thousands of dollars in taxpayers’ money paying for her own personal security, according to documents compiled in a Statement of Disbursements in the House.
However, their statement that it stood at $ 70,000 over a three-month period is even worse than the documents showed at the time, totaling just over $ 30,000 in the first fiscal quarter.

Bush argues that critics “need to suck” because their lives are more precious because of their recent efforts to save dead tenants from eviction.
“I stand here now and can speak, can help save 11 million people from eviction,” she said. “Or I could possibly have an attempted murder on my life.”
That sounds a lot like someone who didn’t get into politics to protect people, but to protect themselves and enjoy the benefits that come with spending taxpayers’ money.

Bush, in the context of using taxpayers’ money to fund their own private security, struck Barack Obama after the former president criticized “snappy” slogans such as “defund the Police” as a lost political argument.
“It’s not a slogan,” she insisted. “It is a mandate to keep our people alive. Defund the police. “
Bush isn’t the only hypocrite in the Democrat Squad.

Federal Electoral Commission records show that MP Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) also spent thousands of dollars on private security in 2021.
Records show that MPs Ilhan Omar (D-MN) and Ayanna Pressley (D-MA) also spent thousands to protect themselves.
Bush has also spoken out in favor of debt relief for the Pentagon, saying America, where she serves as a congressman, is “as racist as a f ***”.
